I've been eating predominately raw for over a year and I've eaten at almost all of the raw restaurants in California. And, after eating at Ecopolitan a dozen or so times, I must stay that Ecopolitan is the BEST RAW FOOD RESTAURANT west of the Mississippi and possibly the best in the country.
