I feel the whole concept of Ecopolitan is awesome, VERY positively rightous! I just started working at Ecopolitan's kitchen with no prior experience in raw food preparation, and I must say I'm in awe! I find both the food and the place truly inspiring!

My name is Myron Levinson and my home town is St. Louis, Mo. I was visiting a dear friend of mine ,Sheila Faulkner, who shared how wonderful the restaurant is. During my visit with her Dec.31-Jan.4,2004, I had the opportunity to visit and enjoy 2 fabulous meals. The 1st meal was a special of the day and that was the Tacos. The next one was the Living Pizzas, I had the Marinara. They were great meals and I wish that St. Louis, had a restaurant like yours here. I also would like to share that the people who work there that I met were just as nice which may experience wonderful. Continue with your success and sharing the quality of raw foods to the pubic. Sheila, thank you for sharing the Ecopolitan experience with me.

Hello,

I co-own and manage a raw juice and smoothie bar in Cincinnati, OH called Suttschenko's Pure Juice Company, LLC, run by Aaron Suttschenko. Our store phone is (513) 631-6999.. Aaron has been raw for over three years and we have been in business for about 18 months. I am older (50) and he (25) is my inspiration and mentor in moving more and more to 100% raw. My background is in professional healthcare and I am convinced that nothing is more powerful than detoxing and life food for "curing" and erradicating degenerative disease, as well as restoring our health and vititly as a species.

My mission is to create "a revitalized natural world for myself and everyone".

My current vision is to create "the Starbuck's of the Raw Food industry", a national franchise called Paradise Found, LLC (which owns Suttschenko's - a prototype) to make the raw life style available and practical to the general population and assist in our societies transition to a harmonious relationship wtih Gaia, our Earth. If you are interested in assisting in this vision please contact me, send resume or other info about yourself and your personal dream/vision/mission piece. Thank you.

I look forward to hearing from you.

I love being able to go to Ecopolitan and not worry about what I order. It's all vegan! It's all healthy! Whenever guests are in town I take them to Ecopolitan to show them just how good vegan food can be.

I love Ecopolitan so much that it played a pivotal role on the day I proposed to my girlfriend (she said yes, by the way). We went out to eat and the staff served Jennifer (my fiance) the third chapter of a story I wrote along with the food (in the chapter, we went to Ecopolitan). I want to thank the staff for being so helpful and responsive to my specific needs.

See you soon!

I love Ecopolitan! I go there about once a week. It is my favorite restaurant. I am a vegetarian going vegan...so far I don't drink milk and rarely eat cheese because I don't like it much, but this place serioulsy has me thinking of going raw too. I love this place and every time I eat there, I don't feel like, bloated full, it's just a comfortable full and I feel full for the rest of the day. I recommend this place to anyone, except maybe my daughter...hehe. She loves the hummus, but her taste buds aren't used to the other foods, it's cute, but she is only 2. But she's a vegetarian, too!

THE VAST EXPANSE
I acknowledge the privilege of being alive in a human body at this moment, endowed with senses, memories, emotions, thoughts, and the space of mind in its wisdom aspect.
It is the prayer of my innermost being to realize my supreme identity in the liberated play of consciousness, the Vast Expanse. Now is the moment, Here is the place of Liberation.

Witness the contents of mind, the visions and sounds, the thoughts, as clouds passing through the vast expanse - the sky-like nature of mind. The rootedness of Being is in emptiness, clarity and awareness: unborn, unspoilt, stainlessly pure.

The infinite vibratory levels, the dimensions of interconnectedness are without end. There is nothing independent. All beings and things are residents in your awareness.

I subject my awareness to the perfection of being, the perfection of wisdom and perfection of love, all of these being co-present in the Vast Expanse. I share this panorama of Being and appreciate all I can share it with...the seamless interweaving of consciousness with each moment.

Create perfection wherever you go with your awareness. That is why this teaching is admired by artists--they sense the correctness of the response to life as creative. Life is infinite creative play. Enjoyment and participation in this creative play is the artists profound joy. We co-author every moment with universal creativity.

To bare our souls is all we ask, to give all we have to life and the beings surrounding us. Here the nature spirits are intense and we appreciate them, make offerings to them--these nature spirits who call us here--sealing our fate with each other, celebrating our love.

I am an intersecting kaleidoscope of Being in a rainbow refractive wave pattern: a corpuscle of light on the ocean...the transparency of my body with the rocks...sometimes the only way to summarize my feelings is to draw--to collapse the frenzy in my limbs enough to make a mark out of profound appreciation for my existence.

Share your presence with others, no boundaries, completely openly lovingly. Love is what makes us alive, that is why we feel so alive when we love. Service is being available to love. Life is the combustion of love. That we love ourselves here, that is the true magnificence in the mountains of being. We are constantly drawing the line between love and not love--enter into the Non-duality Zone, and all judgements dissolve in the Vast Expanse.

It's as though we are co-conspirators of consciousness--everyone, everywhere, everywhen, mixing up our openable minds. It's as though we could gather clouds in the sky and people into our lives. Like an eruption of consciousness, we discover the most important force is love. Experience yourself as the Source and appreciate every moment as perfection. Sunrise--Sunset. Thank you, Thank you, Creator, profound unstoppable connectedness of all beings, pattern to everything, most radical no-thing, the Vast Expanse.

I have a hard time believing that people can survive on only fruits and vegetables. Don't you ever want a Big Mac? I would like to say this is possible however I can barely get my 6 year old to eat one green bean without crying. Do you think he needs more meat? Also how many years has this been tested? My grandmother is 93 years old and lived off the fat of the land. She has never had a major surgery or health problem. I am fat. I like food of all sorts. I especially love to nurse a good bowl of ice cream. Any suggestions to get me started on a healthier diet? One last thing, the price for your food is really too high, would you ever consider having a budget menu or a senior menu. When I saw the picture of the little kid with that huge salad I thought the salad was going to eat him! It was huge! Well, have a great day and peace and blessings to all.
